Gallery Drip Coffee serves pour-over coffee only, with no espresso machine, brewed at two handmade wooden stations with a manual grinder. The cafe roasts its own beans from several origins, including a single-origin cup from the Akha community in Chiang Rai. It is inside the Bangkok Art and Culture Centre on Rama I Road in Pathum Wan and opened in 2012.
